HDPE Outdoor Cabinetry — Commercial-Grade Specification

Standard Cabinetry Details:
Material: High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE), solid 3/4" stock throughout — cabinet boxes, doors, and drawer fronts. Non-porous, closed-cell polymer construction eliminates moisture absorption, delamination, and rot common to wood, plywood, and MDF-composite systems in exterior applications.
Standard Box Dimensions: 34 1/2" H x 24" D, plus 3/4" for face-mounted doors and drawers. Any base cabinets or upper cabinets 36” Wide will default to double swinging doors.
Leveling: Standard adjustable stainless steel feet, height-adjustable up to 1 1/2" to accommodate uneven slab, deck, or paver elevations.
Joinery: Boxes are assembled using a proprietary key loop interlocking system — a mechanical panel-to-panel connection engineered for structural rigidity without dependence on adhesives, which are prone to bond failure under thermal cycling, UV exposure, and sustained moisture contact.
Hardware: All functional hardware is stainless steel, specified for corrosion resistance in coastal, high-humidity, and freeze-thaw environments, including:
Hinges (stainless steel, corrosion-resistant, soft close hinges)
Handles and pulls
Adjustable leveling feet (up to 1 1/2" adjustment range)
Drawer glides (soft close)
Fasteners and screws
Finish Options: Available in a range of solid colors and wood grain finishes for design flexibility across residential and commercial multi-family projects; UV-stable pigmentation resists fading.
